General Enquiry

  • Login to your account
  • Browse through the website and add items to cart
  • Check that items and quantity stated are correct
  • Select delivery and collection option
  • Checkout to payment (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paynow)

 

 

  • An account is not required to order and purchase online. However, registering an account would allow more convenient future purchase as your payment and delivery preferences will be saved.
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and a password reset link will be emailed to you.
  • Regular Account is catered to end-customers looking to purchase in small amounts for each product. Enjoy bulk pricing when you purchase more.
  • Business Account is catered to businesses looking to purchase in bulk and interested in wholesaling. For wholesaling enquiry, contact us at wholesale@kakguan.com.sg 
  • We apologize that we do not provide installation for our products. If you require assistance on installation, kindly refer to the instructions that come with the product. For electrical products such as ceiling fans and lightings, please approach your contractor for assistance. 
  • We apologize that we do not provide repair service. However, some products come with warranty cards. Kindly approach the relevant technician for electrical products such as fans and instant heater.
  • For power tools (e.g. Makita and Bosch), head down to one of our stores and drop off the product and we will bring it to the repair centre. Alternatively, you can go directly to the repair centre as shown on the warranty card.
  • We apologise that we do not provide rental service. 

Orders & Delivery

  • There is no minimum amount for online purchase.

For online payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paynow bank transfer

  • You will receive an immediate email suggesting that we have received your order and payment
  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 1-2 business days after our customer service team verifies your order and payment
  • Depending on your selected delivery method and collection option.
  1. For Self-collection: You will receive an email within 1-2 business days when your order is ready for collection at our store. Collection of products have to be done within 3 business days. 
  2. For Home/Office Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is shipped out.

 

  • We will send you an email or call you regarding such matter. Kak Guan Hardware reserves the right to cancel the order and refund accordingly. 
  • You can choose to self-collect at our store (It’s free!) or have your items delivered to your door step.

  • We apologize that we are unable to accept order changes after the order has been processed. Before proceeding to payment, kindly ensure that the item(s) and quantity you have selected are correct.
  • All orders are irrevocable and non-cancellable.
  • We only provide local (Singapore) delivery.
  • A fixed delivery fee of S$15 will be charged to all orders for standard delivery (3-5 business days) and S$25 (1-2 business days).

Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paynow.
  • We apologize that we do not accept cash on delivery. Besides online payment via credit card, we accept payment via paynow as well.
  • If you prefer to purchase in cash, we welcome you to visit our store.

Exchange & Return

All items are non-exchangeable except for items that are:

  1. Defective/damaged upon delivery:
  • Items must be unused and packed in its original packing material
  • All issues must be reported within 2 days upon receival of item
  • All exchange and return have to be made within 7 days upon receival of item

  1. Incorrect (wrong size or totally wrong product nature as the one purchased online):
  • Items must be unused and packed in its original packing material in sellable condition
  • All issues must be reported within 2 days upon receival of item
  • All exchange and return have to be made within 7 days upon receival of item

  • Upon receival of items, inspect products and report any issues within 2 days
  • Take a photograph of the defective or incorrect item and fill up the returns form
  • We will get back to you on the next steps to take

  • Refund is only done if the product purchased online is out of stock.
  • Refund will be done using cash or bank transfer.
  • In all other cases, refund is not allowed.
